What We Offer
We provide individual, one-on-one therapy for adults and teens. Our areas of specialization are mental wellness and life transitions. Whether it’s divorce, going to college, midlife transition, empty nesters, or the struggles inherent in the life of a teenager, these are times when we need to redefine ourselves or define ourselves for the first time. We are available both in person in Phoenix, Arizona and online.

About Thomas Ruderstaller
Thomas was born in Salzburg, Austria, grew up in New Jersey, and has lived in Arizona since 2007. He completed his Bachelor’s degree at Drew University and completed his Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Argosy University. He has 25 years of experience working in the mental health field, and has been working as an LPC (Licensed Practicing Counselor) since 2015. Thomas has worked for Bayless Healthcare, providing counseling services for at-risk teens and their families, and Crisis Preparation and Recovery as a crisis counselor and outpatient therapist. He draws from various clinical modalities, particularly mindfulness, motivational interviewing, CBT, existential, person-centered, and somatic experiencing. Thomas completed the 3-year training through the Somatic Experiencing Training Institute and became an SEP (Somatic Experiencing Practitioner) in November 2021.
